Three identical printed screw segments on one shaft, turned by one stepper motor. Two acrylic rails guide the marble up the thread.

The lift is the only powered part of Round One. 60 rpm gives one marble per second; the inlet floor falls evenly toward the screw so the marble is picked up without a push. Verified over 8.6 turns in CAD and in the physics simulation.
